Sleep Disorder Among Patients With Chronic Liver Disease

Objectives: The aim of the study was to assess sleep characteristics among patients with chronic liver diseases (CLDs) and find relationship between variables their demographic disorder. Methods: This descriptive cross-sectional designed achieve stated goals CLD in Al-Najaf Center for Gastroenterology Hepatology Al-Sadr Medical City from November 1, 2020, June 2021. sample selected 120 adult ≥18 years using non-probability sampling (purposeful) (disease duration six months or more) . questionnaire consisted two socio-demographic parts clinical data (18 items) a general health (28 4 implicit subscales, including insomnia anxiety level. Results: There strong significant disorder age (P=0.001), occupational status daily activity BMI disease gender (P=0.021), educational level (P=0.04), marital (P=0.049), type (P=0.01). However, there no remaining data. Discussion: In conclusion, is patients’ physical (P=0.001). result means that has effect on sleep.
